[Hungering Cold] Does not give frost feaver to targets, and diseases breaks the spell.<br>
[Howling Blast] Deals the same amount of damage to everyone within 10 yard. (tested on dummys in SW)<br>
[Death and Decay] No damage and no healing<br>
[Army of the Dead] deal 1 damage each.
