Loading error with IceCold Launcher

everytime i load it up i click play ice cold and it goes to not responding in a WoW screen then pops up with the error .. This application has encountered a critical error: error#121 (0x85100079) version mismatch

program: c:\world of warcraft\icecold.exe

dbfiles client\animationdata.dbc has wrong row size(found 24,expected 32)

press ok to terminate the application

Hello,

1. Try updating your World of Warcraft to it's latest patch (4.3.4).

Then run the IceCold launcher and it should work.

2. If #1 doesn't work, then delete your cache and run the launcher.

If the above options do not work, then you will have to download a 4.0.6a client.
