Lost Apexis Crystal after DC

I had lost an apexis crystal after a DC, i have screen shots of it saying "Picked up Apexis Crystal" and about 10 following showing it was in a DC "state".

As you can see in the screenshots, Bladestorm, Charge, and Sweeping Strikes are all lit up, Let me remind you, Charge cant be done within 8 yards. Its lit up with me standing right next to the enemies. Also, the chat log is not moved up, it is moved down, Hence no blinking Arrow down or any arrow to direct me to the bottom of the log, Also with the fact no mobs or players lose or gain any hp within the screenshots. They are taken 2-3 seconds apart. The HP of the mobs are the top notifier, 3 players AoE'ing down 1 group of mobs, Their hp constantly decreases.
