EDIT: Nevermind..I fixed it...deleted the extra icecold wow launcher temps and awaiting overwrites and it stopped with the error...
It starts fine...connects to news fine...refreshes realm status fine...but when I click Reaper...it says error...run as admin (Which it already is run as admin) and creates an error log on desktop that just shows a few files that are in my wow folder...
After I click Ok..it starts WoW fine...
Error file is in the spoiler:
Title: EXE Patching Error
Message: EXE patch error.
Please run the launcher as admin (Right-click > Run as Admin).
