How to choose the model for a custom wep

*Note* if anyone has a better method please post it, but this is just how I've been doing it for all 3 of my weapons.

If you don't notice on the last step, you choose Enter my Own ID and paste in the Display ID.

PS: Sorry if Putting Wow-v.com is against the rules but I'm not sure if it is.

This is a really helpful post you have made considering that the custom weapon maker hasn't been on for too long, and we got people coming in every day. I would give it a +1 but I ran out of positive votes to give for the day :(

There is a more quicker and faster way then this.

1. Go to Wowhead and search for your weapon you want it to look like

2. After you found your weapon, add &xml at the end of the URL

3. Look for "<icon displayId" and the number it says after that is the Display ID of the weapon
