How can we, the community, make Ice better?

So I'm sitting around the arena with nothing to do and an interesting topic came to my head. How can we make Ice better? Of course this is being posted at the center of these ideas, but I wanna see what the minds of the community can do when combined onto one thread. Comment your idea, and others will find ways to improve it, or just tell you that it's stupid (because we know there's always that one guy). Can't wait to hear your thoughts!
