Marking Questions/Help as "Solved"

When you ask a question in the help forum, there is always an option to have the answers marked as "Resolved" doing this can really help people with the same problem.

 

Here's how.

 

• A person answers the question you had, scroll down the the answer, and you will see.

 

 

• Then click,

 

 

• Doing this will show the topic as Answered.

 

 

• When a person clicks on it, this will show.

 

 

That way, when someone has a similar problem, they can just click on that and they will have it fixed or answered.

 

Please try using this as often as you can, it can really helps to find things faster.

I honestly never noticed this feature.
