Illustrious Farming

For this tutorial, I will simply explain the concept of Illustrious Gear farming.

 

First things first, How to get there:

 

Right Click on your [iceCold Teleporter].

Click IceCold Dungoens/Zones.

Click Armor Upgrade Dungeons.

Click Illustrious Zone (Non-VIP Only)

 

You will then be teleported to Nespirah to begin farming.

If you go outside you will see that what you are in is actually a giant water snail creature.

Be careful of the swim glitch if you go outside and come back in. You fix this by re-logging your character.

 

BRING A PARTY! LOOT IS PARTY-SHARED!

More explanation in the next paragraph:

 

The monster you kill with be Rare Elites, with around 150m-250m HP. These monsters will require you to need some assistance to be killed. Party up to kill these monster, and the reward is Broken Illustrious Gems.

 

 

Once you have I, II, III, and IV, you can complete the quest you can obtain in Deepholm, granting you one Illustrious Gem. This gem and 2500 IceGold will get you one Armor Upgrade of your choosing.

One last thing... Monsters are currently at about a 30-60 minute re-spawn time, so be prepared to wait for some to spawn.

Good guide. A couple of changes/corrections though. The health of the rare spawns here range from 100m to 450m. Also, everyone in a party can loot the gem shards so nobody goes without. It is a non-vip gear area to keep it challenging and fun to upgrade your impeccable set.

 

The monsters will be scripted in the future along with more of them being added. Should make these fights more dynamic and fun compared to the other farming. Enjoy!
