Chilled Arcanite Reaper V

Bug Report Format

• What does this bug do? (Extra Damage, Broken Spell, etc) : Hi there the Chilled Arcanite Reaper V doesnt seem to have an upgrade to frozen anymore and I just got my Chilled Arcanite Reaper  to V and cant upgrade it futher, I was hoping someone could fix this for me possibly :)? I would start another weapon but it took me awhile to get that one :/

• How does this bug occur? (If known) : After you get V on the weapon

• An overall description of the bug (Short and Sweet) : see above post :)
