Okay, so as you read my "topic". I've quit playing World of Warcraft for a few years, I decided to come back to Icecold considering I missed all my friends. ;(.

 

I recently logged into my account on the site and saw that my characters were wiped. I'm wondering if you guys did some sort of mass character deletion or something in that nature. Please let me know if that is the case! Thanks ~Deadpool

Hello Deadpool.

 

Your characters were wiped by the Icecold Inactivity Wipe. This system wipes characters that have been inactive for 250 days.

 

The system has been disabled now. Unfortunately there's no way to get your characters back as this system wipes characters to create space. As you might understand it would just be moving data rather than creating free space if the characters could be brought back. Vip accounts were never, nor will ever be affected by this system.
