rawrtje Posted April 12, 2014 Report Share Posted April 12, 2014 The following items can't be upgraded with upgrade gems: Setesh's Runed Loop I - 1500 stats Ice Warden's Fall of Mortality - 2550 stats Rajh's Penumbra Pendant I - 2550 stats Isiset's Cloak of Subjugation I - 3000 stats That's all I found.
