Make the reports unavailable for normal/vip members to post on. The report is supposed to be handled by a GM, not influenced by other players words or such. If the second offended player feels the need to justify over, or bring more evidence he should make a new report. Or if this can't be done, and the need of "chat" over reports is really needed start to use the warning points system more often. No format needed for this suggestion...

The reason why the report forum is like it is, is because if some other players have more evidence from that guy that just have been reported, it would eventually be easier for the Admin or the GMs to come for a decision. Certain pictures just aren't enough, so they require more proof to actually decide the reported player fate, which is why it is handy with it being like it is now, as some other player might have more proof of the player that have broken a rule ;)

And you read the actual reports that there are or just imagined how they should actually be?
