Can log onto the website but not the game

When I try to log in to the game, it states my account is no longer in use. I can log into the website just fine.

Can you tell me exactly what it says when you try to log in game?

It says This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use. Please go to [http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/banned] for further information. I am using the IceCold Launcher with the same info I use for the website. I am using Windows 10 if that matters.

Try see if you can set your wow version to 4.0.6 on the website, make sure to have your realmlist set to IceCold's and log in with the username and not with the email.

I am trying to login with my username and not my email. When I get to the login screen it says Ice Reaper for the realm. But I keep getting the same message as above.

1. Make sure your password does NOT contain any special characters, otherwise it won't register correctly with the game server. It will say you typed it in wrong.

2. You have 19 failed login attempts to the account, you banned yourself from the account login temporarily. I believe it is 15 minute lockout for every 3 failed attempts.
